When you send or receive Push’s, we also temporarily collect, process and store the contents of the photos or videos (such as date, time and/or captions) on our servers. The contents of photos or videos are also temporarily stored on the our servers. We keep all photos and videos in our server for a certain period of time. We cannot prevent others from making copies of your photos or videos. In addition, as for any other digital information, there may be ways to access while still in temporary storage on recipients’ devices or, forensically, even after they are deleted. You should not use Pushpic to send pushes or private messages if you want to be certain that the recipient cannot keep a copy. You also should not use Pushpic if you do not want everyone within certain distances (depending on Push radius) around you to view your photo or video.

Usage Information: When you send or receive Push’s, we collect information about these messages, including the time, date, sender and recipient of the Push. We also collect information about the number of Photos and Videos sent and received between you.
Log Information: We log information about your use of our websites, including your browser type and language, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the website you visited before navigating to our websites.
Device Information: We may collect information about the computer or device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, MAC address, unique device identifier, phone number, International Mobile Equipment Identity ("IMEI") and mobile network information. In addition, the Services may access your device’s native phonebook and image storage applications, with your consent, to facilitate your use of certain features of the Services. Pushpic is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.
When you send Push’s, including your username and the contents of the Photo you send them. We also share your username with other users who are within your radius or near you. With users and others who view Push, which includes your username and/or photo caption. Similarly, your username may appear in the view feed of other users with the picture or video. With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf; In response to legal process or a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, rule, or regulation, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation; In order to investigate or remedy potential violations of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Pushpic, our users or others; In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company; and with your consent or at your direction.We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Through settings in the Pushpic mobile application, you can choose whether to hide your username from all users on Pushpic. You may also choose not receive private messages from anyone on Pushpic. You may also choose not to receive any Push notifications when there is a Photo or video pushed within your radius.
You may update or correct information about yourself by launching the Pushpic mobile application and editing your account settings. If you wish to delete your account, please visit www.pushpic.com/support but note that we may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or as part of our regular retention practices. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.
Certain features of the Services require access to your device’s native phonebook and image storage applications (e.g., to find friends or to store a photo in your photo gallery). If you choose to find friends, You can invite friends through Facebook, Twitter, Text Message or Email, Although you may decide whether or not to use these features. On iOS devices, you can grant or revoke your consent at any time and prevent us from continuing to access your phonebook and image storage applications by changing the settings on your device.
